This beautiful yellow cotton dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1940s by Feltman Brothers. It features a scalloped embroidered neckline above a pintucked bodice. The short puffed sleeves are finished with scalloped cuffs. Delicate white embroidered flowers top the deep 3" reverse scalloped hem. The pintucked back closes with two small shell buttons.
