Heirloom 1930s Salmon Cotton Romper with Scalloped Collar
Vintage Baby Clothes: Vintage Baby Rompers
This sweet little salmon colored cotton romper was handmade in the 1930s in the Philippine. Suitable for a baby boy or a baby girl, it features pintucks with fagoting on the chest with a white embroidered design. The little scalloped collar is embroidered in white and the short sleeves have scalloped turned back cuffs. This little suit closes in the back and the crotch with small buttons, as was customary in 1930s baby clothing. A matching grograin ribbon belt is included, although it is not likely original to the romper.
What a perfect little retro playsuit for your little one!
