Hand made in the Philippines in the 1950s, it features lovely delicate white embroidered flowers on the front. Four tiny pearlized buttons open the diaper shirt in the front. The sweet butterfly sleeves are edged in tiny white lace and embroidered with little french knots. The neckline and front opening are trimmed with the same soft white lace.
