The entire yoke is beautifully smocked in green and embroidered with tiny pink flowers. The Peter Pan collar is edged in soft white lace and the long sleeves end with elasticized rufflesedged with lace. The dress features a deep ruffle at the bottom with a wide lace underlayment.
