This pink batiste smocked bishop dress was handmade in the Philippines in the 1940s. It features a yoke of pink smocking topped by a tiny pink scalloped and embroidered collar and closes all the way down the back with 4 small buttons. The short butterfly sleeves are finished with pink scalloped embroidery. There are sweet little pink flowers embroidered on the deep 4" hem.
