From the 1960s, this darling little cotton dress is covered with pink tulips. From the leading designer of classic smocked baby clothing for generations, it is made in bishop style with the round yoke embroidered in pink. The white Peter Pan collar is edged with soft white lace. The short puffed sleeves are finished with elasticized ruffles edged in white lace.
