Heirloom 1940s White Batiste Dress with Pintucks, Fagoting, and Blue Embroidery HC0354$50.00 Size: sold out Vintage Baby Clothes: Vintage Baby Dresses This sweet little white cotton batiste dress was handmade in the Philippines in the 1940s. It is beautifully detailed with tiny pintucks, delicate blue and white floral embroidery, and fagoting. The little Peter Pan collar has tiny pintucks and blue French knots and is edged with white scalloped embroidery. The short puffed sleeves are finished with scalloped edged turned back cuffs. The back neck opening closes with two small buttons. The dress is finished with a 3??? hem with more blue and white embroidery, French knots, and fagoting just above the hem.
