This darling cotton voile dress was made in the Philippines in the 1940s. So pale blue that it appears nearly white, it features tiny pintucking with narrow ruffles down the front centered by three little buttons. The collar and pinafore style sleeves are embroidered in pink and finished with narrow ruffles. The dress closes in the back with three small buttons and has a sash to tie in a bow in the back. It is finished with deep 3" hem.
