It features a beautiful yoke hand smocked in white and centered with three tiny buttons. This sweet little dress has a white lace edged collar with hand fagoting and short puffed sleeves. It closes in the back with two tiny mother of pearl buttons and, typical of Feltman Brothers constuction, it is finished with a deep 3?" hem.
