This darling little brown cotton smocked dress was hand made in the 1940s. It features hand smocking on the front with green and white embroidery. The white collar and short puffed sleeve cuffs are edged with green embroidery. The dress closes in the back with snaps and has a sash to tie in the back. It is finished with a 2" hem.
