This beautiful white cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines in the 1930s. It features tiny pintucking on the front with delicate white openwork embroidery and blue French knots. The scalloped collar has the tiniest pintucks, white embroidery and blue French knots and the short puffed sleeves are finished with scalloped embroidered cuffs. The dress is finished with a deep 3?" hem topped with beautiful white openwork embroidery and blue French knots and it closes in the back with 2 small buttons.
