Heirloom Baby Clothes: Heirloom Baby Dresses
This lovely white cotton batiste dress was hand made in the Philippines by the Pemae Company in the 1930s. Unworn, it was removed from its original packaging and washed and pressed so that it arrives fresh and ready for baby to wear. It features tiny pintucking on the front with delicate white embroidery. The neckline is finished with scalloped embroidery and the short puffed sleeves have sleeve bands. The dress closes in the back with two small buttons and is finished with a scalloped embroidered hem topped. The matching slip buttons on one shoulder and is finished at the neckline, armholes, and hem with scalloped embroidery. It even has a sweet little scalloped edge bib with delicate embroidery.
